What you'll be doingIn this role you will provide direct care to clients under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.
You will contribute to quality improvement initiatives, maintain accurate health documentation, and communicate effectively with clients and the healthcare team to ensure optimal care and outcomes.
Your responsibilities will also include: Providing nursing care as per care plan and under RN supervision.
Supporting quality improvement and measure client care outcomes.
Ensuring accurate healthcare documentation and data collection.
