We are seeking an Enrolled Nurse to provide direct patient/client centred nursing care to assigned patients/clients, within the scope of practice of an enrolled nurse and under the direction and supervision of a registered nurse to achieve planned patient outcomes.
The Team: The LGH cardiology team encompasses the CCU, Cath Lab, non-invasive cardiology, CIED management, and cardiac rehabilitation. Our team consists of a diverse group of nurses, technicians, administrative staff, medical professionals, and allied health experts, all collaborating within a dynamic healthcare environment. As a major clinical teaching hospital, we work closely with UTAS and other institutions. Our integrated services focus on delivering exceptional healthcare, ultimately enhancing outcomes for our patients, our workforce, and the community. The Role: This position will be required to work as part of the clinical team. You will be supported by a team of 2 CNE's, 6 ANUM's, several Grade 4 RN's and a mixture of Grade 2 & 3 nurses. Our Coronary Care Unit is a busy 8 bed unit, with a 2:1 patient ratio. You will benefit from a supportive learning environment, great orientation program and ongoing education. Details of appointment: Permanent, part time, shift worker (fully rotational) position, working up to 56 hours per fortnight, commencing from a mutually agreed date.

Salary: $70,980 to $78,179 per annum (Pro rata). Our Employer 11.5% superannuation contribution is on top of this amount.
Salary range is in accordance with Nurses and Midwives (Tasmania State Service) Agreement 2023. In addition, the following allowances calculated on the salaried incremental point may be available:
