Work as part of a multi-disciplinary team in both the emergency department and sub-acute in-patient ward and aged care to provide high quality patient care to a variety of patients with varying medical requirements in line with NHSQS and AGED CARE standards.

Details of appointments:Permanent, part time, shift worker (fully rotational) position, working up to 64 hours per fortnight commencing from as soon as you are available to join the team.

Salary:$68,913 to $75,902 per annum (Pro rata).
Our Employer 11.5% superannuation contribution is on top of this amount.
Salary range is in accordance with Nurses and Midwives (Tasmanian State Service) Agreement 2023 and Nurses and Midwives (Tasmanian State Service) Interim Agreement 2013.You'll have access to salary package a range of benefits including living expenses up to $9,010 + $2,650 in meal entertainment each FBT year + other benefits if eligible.
In addition, the following allowances calculated on the salaried incremental point may be available:
Post Graduate Allowance of up to 7.5% based on qualification type.Remote and Rural Professional Development Allowance of an additional salary allowance of 4%.Benefits available to eligible candidates:Professional development and accelerated pathways.Excellent leave benefits: 20 days annual leave (pro rata), 20 days personal leave (pro rata), and study assistance leave if eligible.Fitness Passport – You, and your family can access 40+ fitness facilities across Tasmania for just $13.95 per week per person, or $25.95 for a family.Successful applicants will be required to meet the essential criteria.
Registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia as an Enrolled Nurse (holds a Board-approved qualification in administration of medicines).*Registration/licences that are essential requirements of this role must remain current and valid at all times whilst employed in this role and the status of these may be checked at any time during employment.
