Job Details
As the Enquiry & Attraction Officer, you will be the first point of contact for prospective students, providing them with the information they need to make informed decisions about their education at GOTAFE.
You will also play a key role in promoting GOTAFE at events, ensuring that students and stakeholders receive exceptional service and experience throughout their journey with us.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer service across multiple channels including face-to-face, phone, and online.
Promote GOTAFE at events.
Engage and support students from various backgrounds.
Minimum Requirements:
A Certificate IV in Business (Office Administration) or previous work experience in a similar role.
Strong communication skills.
Excellent attention to detail in document and process management.
Experience using Microsoft Office, CRM, and database management.
A commitment to collaboration with internal teams.
If you are successful in this role, you will be required to provide:
A current Police Check (date of issue is to be no more than 6 months prior to commencement date).
A current Working with Children Check - Employee (or proof of application).
A current Driver's Licence (Car).
The salary range for this position is $62,232 - $67,199 under the GOTAFE Enterprise PACCT Agreement 2023.
