Enquiry, Administration and Reception Lead

The primary purpose of this position is to oversee the day-to-day operations of the Enquiry, Administration and Reception Team ensuring that reception services at all Melba office locations provide a 'best in class' experience for all people engaging with Melba. This role involves coordinating reception activities, providing leadership and support to the Enquiry, Administration and Reception team, ensuring a seamless experience for face to face, phone and email enquiries across multiple locations. The position will also operate as an escalation point for the team in handling more complex enquiries.
Responsibilities:
Reception and Administration
Ensure a welcoming reception area, manage mail and meeting rooms, assist with clerical tasks, and maintain office supplies. Enquiry Management
Handle inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, providing accurate information about Melba Support Services and supporting individuals with disabilities and their families. Team Supervision
Supervise the Enquiry, Administration, and Reception Team, managing absences and conducting performance reviews. Continuous Improvement
Analyse inquiry trends, enhance customer service quality, and implement procedures aligned with The Melba Way. Collaboration
Coordinate with the organization on updates and participate in training to stay current in the disability sector. Qualifications and Experience:
Experience in reception or customer service roles. Strong leadership skills across various locations. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational abilities. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software. Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively. High professionalism and confidentiality while fostering a welcoming environment. Requirements:
A current NDIS Worker Screening and Working with Children Check (we can support you through the process of obtaining one or both checks if you don't already have them). Valid driver's license for required travel.
