The successful candidate will have a strong commitment to teaching excellence, be aligned with the school's Christian values, and foster a supportive and engaging learning environment. This role involves teaching students in Years 7-12 and encouraging their spiritual and academic growth by integrating Christian values into classroom instruction.Key ResponsibilitiesCurriculum Delivery: Provide dynamic, engaging English lessons aligned with the Australian Curriculum and school's Christian ethos. Develop students' skills in reading, writing, speaking, listening, and literature analysis.Classroom and Student Management: Prepare lesson plans, assessments, and resources that encourage creativity, critical thinking, and comprehension. Maintain effective classroom control and encourage high standards of achievement.Student Support and Mentorship: Actively support students' academic and spiritual growth through guidance and mentorship.
