St Pius X College, Chatswood is seeking to appoint a dedicated and innovative English teacher for this permanent position commencing asap. The ideal candidate will be an outstanding classroom practitioner who has the ability to inspire students to achieve personal excellence.
The successful applicant will:
Support the College's Catholic ethos in the Edmund Rice Tradition
Be qualified to teach Stage 6 Standard and Advanced courses
Demonstrate excellence as a classroom teacher
Challenge and extend students of diverse abilities in Years 7 – 12
Be qualified to teach Stage 6 Standard and Advanced
Participate in the College's pastoral care program
Participate in the cocurricular program of the College
Be willing to engage in ongoing professional learning
