Some of your primary duties and responsibilities will include the following:
Planning and delivering highly engaging lessons in collaboration with members of the teaching teamDeveloping a culture of high expectations for all studentsProviding feedback to students and parents via the Continuous Reporting systemUsing data to analyse the progress of students and to review teaching and learning strategiesDeveloping strong relationships with colleagues, students, and parentsWorking with colleagues to embed more effective teaching strategies into the classroomThe school MLC is a leading independent girls' day and boarding school in the inner east of Melbourne.
