Your Role:
· Be a dynamic part of the English team, collegially creating rich learning experiences that strengthen students academically and with their general dispositions.
· Previous experience or capacity to create resources, assessment tasks and lessons that align with the new Stage 4-5 English Syllabus, including the meaningful inclusion of technology and project-based learning experiences where appliable.
· Have the capacity to teach Stage 6 courses, and knowledge of syllabus requirements, as well as an understanding of NESA requirements for Stage 6 English Courses.
· Have strong communication skills, with the demonstrated ability to build strong connections with students, staff and the wider school community.

· collaborate with colleagues in developing integrated learning experiences for junior students;
· have experience with Stage 6 learning, including teaching the New Stage 6 Syllabus (and demonstrated success);
· be committed to their own professional learning and growth;
· be pastorally minded and comfortable with sharing your faith;
· have an understanding of the wellbeing needs of adolescents; and,
· be willing to actively contribute to the extra-curricular life of the College.
