Job Description To commence Term 1, 2025 (or earlier by negotiation) Teaching a range of English and/or Humanities subjects Part-time, ongoing position (approx 0.5 FTE) Salary range - $82,863 to $124,197 per annum plus superannuation Teachers at Ballarat Grammar School are responsible for empowering students with:

Minimum Requirements Victorian Institute of Teaching (VIT) Registration (or ability to obtain), including a VIT approved Teaching qualification. Ability to demonstrate and authentically promote Ballarat Grammar's values. Demonstrated knowledge of and experience in teaching English / Humanities subjects up to VCE level. Effective strategies to gather, analyse and act on student data to improve learning outcomes for each student. Knowledge of differentiation, feedback and assessment strategies which enhance learning. Be committed to the exploration of critical thinking and inquiry through the pursuit of excellence and understanding. A willingness and ability to participate fully in the School's academic, co-curricular and pastoral care programs.
