The Role
Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
Create digital models using the Kompozition Model Based Systems Engineering platform (training provided) based on stakeholder engagement and translating documentation, to generate systems engineering artefacts (needs, requirements, tests, etc.) Develop workflow processes to support MBSE efforts Apply systems thinking to understand complex system interfaces Interpret technical information Build and manage traceability to strategic outcomes Solve unique and complex modelling problems Participate in team collaboration and peer professional development Our Ideal Candidate

Be an Australian Citizen Hold a current Australian Government Security Clearance or be willing to obtain one Have excellent communication, negotiation and relationship building skills Willingness for continual development of self and team Strong interest and ability in problem solving Flexibility in a dynamic work environment Teamwork/communication skills Self-starter and comfortable collaborator In addition, this role will require:
Qualifications and/or experience in a STEM discipline (Engineering, programming/IT, technical analysis) – essential 0-5 years' experience in applying skills in a technical environment – desirable Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) and/or Systems Engineering experience – desirable Proficiency working with digital tools (such as Computer Aided Design, simulation, programming, game design) NV1 (or higher) Australian security clearance essential If you want the opportunity to work with a leading Australian owned company, in a collaborative and inclusive team then you should apply now.
