Job Summary
We are looking for two (2) exceptional Response Planners who will lead perfect service to our customers through proactively driving valued supply and capacity solutions. Being a complexity champion, the planner uses continuous improvement and digital solutions to step-up business delivery in executing cash and cost activities for our Nutrition and Personal Care business units.
Role Responsibilities: Lead supply planning agenda in response to Customer Service, Inventory, Innovations and Cost. Drive supply and capacity constraint solutions to meet market demand; Partner with market collaboration planners on risks & opportunities. Point of contact for strategic sourcing for cost optimization. Manage exceptions to proactively mitigate risks and operational issues. Deliver action on business waste management and prevention. Accountable for innovation on-time deliveries, with optimized cost and minimal business waste, monitor & action waste prevention - FG, Packing and Raw. Lead monthly FG write-off risk reporting and clearance actions. Lead continuous improvement activities with category planning team to address chronic losses. Drive the supply review discussion in the DSR, unlock mid-term and long-term capacity constraints solutions by collaborating with key stakeholders. Lead crisis management and escalations, including product availability, quality issues, microbiological issues, etc. Define inventory and distribution policy guidelines and actions to their L2 E2E Supply Planner. Be the point of contact with innovations and strategic planning. Lead SC representation in continuous SCC improvement program. What You Will Need to Succeed Experiences & Qualifications Tertiary qualifications in Supply Chain or a related discipline. Experience in various supply chain roles is advantageous. Project and stakeholder management experience (2+ years). A demonstrated potential to perform effectively at higher levels of the organisation and/or cross-functionally. Skills Planning mastery.
