Job description: About Daunia Mine: Daunia mine is a high performing operation in Queensland's Bowen Basin, producing premium metallurgical coal for global export since 2013.
Located southeast of Moranbah and neighbouring Whitehaven's Winchester South project, Daunia is equipped with world class infrastructure and autonomous haulage technology, enabling safe and efficient operations.

About The Role: As a Boilermaker at Daunia mine, you will be responsible for the fabrication, assembly, and maintenance of metal structures and equipment essential to mining operations.
This role involves working in a dynamic team environment, collaborating with site personnel to achieve safety and performance targets.
Boilermakers will be employed on an even time rotating day/night roster (7on:7off).
What You'll Do: * Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance across our fleet of autonomous mining equipment.
* Fabricate, assemble, and install metal structures, tanks, and pressure vessels.
* Conduct welding and cutting operations using various techniques and equipment.
* Collaborate with engineers and other team members to design and implement modifications or repairs.
* Ensure compliance with safety protocols and contribute to a strong safety culture.
* Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment status.
What You'll Bring: * Boilermaker trade qualification * 2 years post trade experience * Experience in Truck Chassis, Tray, Bucket and Boom repairs * Ability to interpret engineering drawings and follow OEM procedures * Drivers Licence - C Class * High levels of initiative and the ability to work well in a team environment * Strong commitment towards safety and quality.
