GEHO Support Engineer Location: Weir Minerals, Perth On Site

Purpose of the Role: The purpose of this role is to support the Weir Minerals GEHO aftermarket business through the effective development, maximization, and maintenance of relationships with all GEHO customers in WA sites and head offices in Perth City.
Key Responsibilities: Safety First: Demonstrate 100% commitment to our zero harm behaviors in support of our drive towards developing a world-class safety culture. Developing, maintaining, and maximising relationships with our customers of GEHO. Assist in preventing competitors from establishing a long-term presence in GEHO's core business at the above-mentioned sites. Initiating, managing, and maintaining service agreements with GEHO customers. Assist End User Sales Division in implementing service agreements into the Australian market. Provide up-to-date technical information to clients, ensuring that all clients are aware of our technical advancements. Follow up on customer requests and complaints until full resolution. Provide technical recommendations and support to customers backed by our WMNL based Aftermarket Team. Identify and promote new business opportunities to profitably grow the business in the area. Reporting, Documentation, Budgeting, and Forecasting: Develop Quarterly Reports that measure performance against objectives, providing details of significant market issues (customer and competitor). Prepare Site Visit Reports following customer visits. Inventory Management and Internal Department and Agent Liaison. Job Knowledge/Qualifications: Qualification in Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical). Excellent communication skills (written & verbal). Ability to read, analyse, and interpret general business periodicals. Sound organizational, people, and time management skills. Ability to travel to site when required. Experience using SAP is highly desirable. Willingness to travel to other Weir Mineral locations. A committed and proactive attitude towards Environment, Health, and Safety.
