Engineering Training Administration Officer

Rex is Australia's largest independent regional and domestic airline operating a fleet of 58 Saab 340 and 10 Boeing 737-800NG aircraft to 57 destinations throughout all states in Australia. In addition to the airline Rex, the Rex Group comprises wholly owned subsidiaries Pel-Air Aviation (air freight, aeromedical and charter operator) and the two pilot academies, Australian Airline Pilot Academy in Wagga Wagga and Ballarat.
Rex is seeking a suitably experienced and motivated individual in the full-time role of Engineering Training Administration Officer. This position is based in Wagga Wagga, NSW. Other locations may be considered for the right candidate.
Reporting: This position reports to Engineering Training Manager and General Manager, Engineering.
Position Responsibilities Coordination of apprentice training Administration and maintenance of Engineering Training CBTs Creation of Engineering Training CBTs, training materials and Power Point presentations utilizing the assistance of appropriate technical Subject Matter Experts Administration of Engineering Training examination questions Assessment of training requirements for component maintenance in conjunction with the relevant Technical Support Engineer Administration of training manual currency and training manual reviews Creation of Training Instructions Administration and Maintenance of Engineering Training Records Initiation and monitoring of Company Authorization issuing and renewals Other Duties as reasonably requested or instructed by the General Manager Engineering or Engineering Training Manager.
