This includes drafting initial layouts and schematics under supervision.Supporting Technical Modifications: Help with basic technical modifications and improvements on existing processes and systems. Provide support in troubleshooting and resolving minor technical issues.Conducting Basic Experiments: Perform basic experiments and data collection tasks. Assist in preparing and setting up experiments and collect data for further analysis by senior engineers.Documenting Processes: Maintain accurate records of daily activities, experimental procedures, and results. Assist in preparing basic technical reports and documentation under guidance.Learning and Development: Participate actively in training sessions and workshops organized by the company. Engage in self-learning and study relevant technical materials provided by the company.Observing Quality Control: Support quality control activities by observing and learning the protocols from experienced staff. Help in conducting routine inspections and tests to ensure standards are met.Assisting in Technology Integration: Assist in the integration of new technologies by helping set up and test new equipment and processes. Learn from senior Designers about the latest industry trends and technologies.Supporting Collaboration Efforts: Attend team meetings and contribute by sharing insights and asking questions. Assist in the coordination of tasks among team members and learn to communicate effectively within the team.Qualification & ExperienceRelevant Bachelor qualification.
