The right candidate will possess a positive 'can do' attitude, be highly organized, and have outstanding attention to detail.QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTSHolds at least a bachelor's degree or a higher qualification in the relevant fieldAt least 1 year of experience with blow moulding and injection mouldingExposure to working in high-pressure environmentsPhysically capable of performing the roleLong periods of sitting and standingWorking within confined spaces and working at heights ticketsDuties:Provide technical support for the manufacturing process to ensure that products are produced defect-freeUtilize professional software to maximize material use efficiency and minimize costAssist the Production Manager in planning, managing, and executing production operationsIdentify and report operational and maintenance problems to prevent production delaysEnsure safety measures and procedures are followed to reduce unexpected incidents and hazardsEnsure the production process is carried out in accordance with company policies and proceduresDetermine resource requirements and work allocation for production operationsSalary: Full-time position, $70,000 - $80,000 per year plus superannuationJob Type: Full-timePay: $70,000.00 – $80,000.00 per yearSchedule:8 hour shiftWork Authorisation:Australia (Preferred)Work Location: In personApplication Deadline: 27/11/2024
