About the Role:As an Engineering Technician, you'll play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of blow moulding machines.
Your responsibilities will include:
Identifying faults and performing breakdown repairs to minimise downtimeConducting efficient changeoversAssisting with stock maintenance of critical spare partsPerforming preventative and predictive maintenanceSupporting the installation and commissioning of new equipmentActively participating in continuous improvement initiativesIdeal Candidate:We're looking for someone with a passion for problem-solving and a desire to build a deep knowledge base for all blow moulding equipment under your care.
You should also be able to train and develop other maintenance staff.
While prior experience with plastics and packaging is not a must, a current QLD Electrical Licence or Engineering/Electrical qualifications would be a bonus.
