The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding KPIs, driving sales growth, and fostering innovation in a dynamic Responsibilities:Leadership:• Lead the division to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) and strategic objectives.• Drive the sales function to achieve consistent double-digit growth year-over-year.Product Development:• Spearhead new product development initiatives to ensure Ecocanopy remains at the forefront of industry innovation.Customer Relationship Management:• Maintain and develop relationships with existing and new customers to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.• Utilize effective communication to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.• Provide effective leadership to the sales and product development teams, fostering a collaborative and high performance culture.• Mentor and develop team members to maximize their potential.• Utilize various lead generation tools to identify and pursue new business opportunities.• Implement strategies to increase sales and market share within the target market.Project Management:• Oversee end-to-end project management for client engagements, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction.Reporting:• Generate and analyze sales data, providing regular reports to the executive team.• Make data-driven recommendations to enhance division performance.Qualifications:• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. • Proven experience developing and nurturing relationships with customers and stake holders.• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a high-performing team.• Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and driving businessgrowth.• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.• Experience in project management and a keen eye for detail.• Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and reporting.Apply via seek.
