Intrax Consulting Engineers are an Australian owned, mid-sized engineering company that provide an end-to-end service to our clients across a range of services including Structural, Civil, Residential, Building Services, Forensic, Surveying and Geotechnical Engineering.
The Intrax Housing Division has built its success by inspiring volume builders to confidently build more innovative and affordable homes for Australian families and we have the unique opportunity to join our growing Housing team on full-time permanent basis within our Victorian division as an Engineering Team Leader reporting to our National Housing Manager.
In this fast paced and challenging role your days will include:
Growing and developing team members Establishing, maintaining and growing client relationships Assisting the sales staff with technical expertise in acquiring new business Driving departmental projects, innovations and improvements Delivering on departmental/state bottom line as set by State & National Department Managers To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:
Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil/Structural) 3+ years of experience in a technical role Experience with people management in a leadership capacity Experience managing workflows successfully and efficiently Knowledge of the residential design and construction process, from untitled land to handover Thorough knowledge of (but not limited to) NCC, AS2870, AS1720, AS1684, AS4055, AS3600, AS4100, AS4678, AS3500, AS3700 Knowledge or ability to work through/with CRM's to optimise processes and systems By joining the team at Intrax, you will have access to a range of benefits including:
