How you'll make an impact: You are a leader at the intersection of product and engineering management.

You will be managing engineers across two product delivery teams and will be responsible for supporting your 8 - 10 direct reports in becoming awesome Xeros — empowering them to hone their engineering skills and grow as individuals and as a team.
You will be supporting your teams in becoming highly performing, self organising delivery beasts which continuously reflects on their improvement.
Together with Product Managers, Designers and your fellow Engineering Team Leads you will be supporting the teams in tackling their missions of building up our practice management software to help improve the experience for Accountants and Bookkeepers.
