The Role: Want to be a part of our exciting growth journey? As an Engineering Lead, you will be in a high-impact role that collaborates with Product & Engineering teams across the organisation, managing a full stack product focused team.

The role includes both people & technical responsibilities, and you will be responsible for both the product resourcing and scoping & overall health of the Engineering Team. This role will suit someone who is in a hands-on Lead or Engineering Manager role, and who has both back-end and front-end development experience.

You will be responsible for the delivery of projects and will plan, prioritise, coordinate, and direct engineering support services across our team. Your focus will be on driving engineering initiatives and ensuring the team makes progress towards their goals.

Key Responsibilities Lead and drive resourcing and scoping within our development team improving both the product, the team's environment, and internal technical processes. Mentor and develop your team to hone their engineering skills and grow as individuals to meet the capabilities required for the team. Maintain a working environment in which your team can do their best work predictably and sustainably, and with a sense of purpose. Ensure the team has all the information they need and the right feedback loops in place to discover and deliver valuable, usable, and buildable outcomes. Monitor and look to support the operational health of your team and products for resilience. Hire talented engineers who share our values and set them up for success from day one. Who You Are: Previous experience of managing software delivery and engineering teams using Lean and/or Agile techniques, complemented by an excellent grasp of modern software delivery practices and life cycle. Seasoned coach & mentor; utilizing software delivery, technical experience, and expertise, offer the right knowledge, at the right time in the right way - understanding why and how people learn. You will possess high EQ and a true growth mindset; understanding that competency is not fixed but is enhanced through dedication and hard work. You will be self-aware, self-regulated, motivated, and empathetic, with great interpersonal skills. Strong communication skills with a knack for breaking down technical details and decisions for non-technical audiences. Experience in .NETCORE + C# working in a cloud native environment. Strong collaborator with an attitude embracing growth, hands-on execution, adaptability, and the scale-up spirit.
