Engineering Team Administrator

In this role you will: Oversee administration of Engineering team reporting and stakeholders requests.
Coordinate communication with various functions.
Support management of purchase requisitions, orders, new vendor onboarding.
Arrange meetings, take minutes and follow up on actions.
Prepare presentations, reports and assist with documentation input.
About you: Good communication (at all levels) and organisational skills.
Project management and Engineering contractors experience.
Reports writing background.
Previous experience in a similar role (Engineering environment preferred).
