As an Engineering Surveyor with Grand Civil Pty Ltd, the scope of works will be varied, and will see you working on bulk earthworks, roads, pipelines, drainage, and more.
You will work with the construction team and help manage surveying requirements on projects.
Responsibilities: Management of all of the project survey requirementsRequired to set out a variety of construction works including pavements, earthworks, concrete works, drainage and servicesGeneral survey tasks (Establish and maintain control, Monitoring, set-outs, as-builts, service locations, etc.
)Managing your daily tasks in a timely manner and adhering to construction schedules.Setting up and managing machine control systems.Undertaking site and office-based surveying works including performing calculationsData capturing, analysing, and manipulation to produce drawings and reportsLiaising with onsite supervisory personnelConducting detail, feature, topographical and as-built surveys depending on the project requirementsRequirements: 5+ years post grad experienceExperience in 12d and with TrimbleSelf-starter & able to work autonomouslyPrevious work history with a main contractor engineering construction company or have had previous experience working on civil related projects with a survey firmA good understanding and demonstrative experience of modern survey instrumentation, including 1-man total station, GPS, data modelling and manipulationAptitude in math and problem-solvingExcellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality #J-18808-Ljbffr
