Engineering Support Analyst

The role
We are looking for an Engineering Support Analyst to support and maintain the Kindred Racing Platform (KRP) & Kindred Sports Platform (KSP) through debugging and analysis.

What you will do
Support existing and future platformsMonitor and manage the uptime of Production & QA environmentPerform day-to-day support and liaison with overseas counterparts to ensure around-the-clock coverageInvestigate and resolve issues raised to the teamProactively identify pain points and address them through various methodsAutomationAlertingMonitoringDevelop support operational processes and proceduresYour experience
Experience in the application support spaceExtensive knowledge in support principles including incident management, problem management, etc.Desirable knowledge in server stack and website supportStrong understanding of technical issue resolutionExtensive knowledge in issue debugging, analysis, and resolutionWorking knowledge of user journey via multiple toolsSolace / KafkaElastic / Grafana / SplunkPostgres / MSSQLTesting experience is a definite advantageTertiary qualification/s in an Information Technology related discipline is highly desirable
