About the Opportunity
As a Service Engineer Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in scheduling and supporting the field service engineers. You will manage the coordination of technical support, invoicing, billing, and inventory tasks. Reporting directly to the Service Manager, you will work closely with various stakeholders to ensure the efficient operation of field services. This role is vital for maintaining the high standards and operational efficiency that our client is known for in the healthcare market.
Duties
Support customer queries via email and phone. Schedule and coordinate field service engineers using the system. Provide technical support to the engineering team. Manage invoicing, billing, and inventory. Ensure high levels of accuracy in all administrative tasks. Skills and Experience
Experience in scheduling or coordinating field engineers is essential. Experience in the medical device or high tech industries would be highly advantageous. Strong communication skills. Experienced in coordinating inventory, spare parts and invoicing. Proficient in systems such as or similar to SAP. Excellent numerical skills and high accuracy. Able to work on-site 5 days a week, 9am to 5pm. Good attention to detail, proactive and able to work in a fast paced environment. Culture
