Role Overview As Engineering Scheduler and CMMS Administrator in this newly created position, you will play a crucial role in managing the site's maintenance schedules and ensuring the accuracy of the CMMS.
You will work closely with various stakeholders to prioritise and execute maintenance activities efficiently.
About You The ideal candidate holds an Engineering Degree or Trade Qualification with proven experience in maintenance planning, scheduling, and CMMS management.
You will exhibit excellent communication skills, strong computer literacy, and a commitment to Coopers' guiding principles.
Key Responsibilities Development of short- and long-term maintenance schedules.
Ensure the CMMS is accurate for both job plans and asset registration.
Create maintenance schedules considering personnel, contracted labour, and equipment availability.
Monitor execution rates and review with maintenance team leaders.
Proactively improve maintenance strategies with the Reliability Engineer.
Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
Skills, Knowledge, and Experience Relevant qualifications or Engineering Degree (desirable).
Proven experience in maintenance planning, scheduling, and CMMS development.
Strong asset management techniques and processes.
Excellent communication skills and strong computer literacy.
