Are you passionate about safety and risk management in engineering?
Join LION as an Engineering Safety Leader, where you will:
Gain varied exposure to our different plant and processes - from pressure vessels and refrigeration to brewing systems and FMCG equipment. Lead the evaluation of critical risks and recommend risk reduction strategies at key sites. Collaborate with leaders and stakeholders to develop and implement advanced engineering safety systems. Ensure excellence in process safety governance, from risk and incident management to contractor oversight. Validate and support key safety tasks, maintaining the highest safety standards. Review, refine, and enhance safety standards, specifications, and critical control documentation. Coach and build teams' capabilities in process safety and deliver vital safety reports. What you will bring to this position: Proven track record in managing complex, large-scale projects across an organization. Expertise in leading change initiatives across various functions and locations. Tertiary qualification in engineering, or strong technical knowledge in a related field. Demonstrated ability to influence and manage multiple stakeholders effectively.
