Phillips Ormonde Fitzpatrick is currently seeking a qualified patent attorney to join our Engineering team in Sydney or Melbourne.
You will join a dynamic team in an environment that fosters support and collaboration, where you'll take on challenging and complex projects for leading companies.
You will have: A degree in mechanical engineering or related fields (aerospace engineering, etc.
)Exceptional patent drafting abilities.Willingness to engage with existing clients and prospective clients.Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.Analytical mindset with keen attention to detail.Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.Your key responsibilities: Drafting and prosecuting patent applications in Australia and globally.Offer commercial IP advice to clients.Patent portfolio management for local and international clients.Deliver presentations on IP topics internally and externally.Engage in networking events, seminars, and business development activities.About us Phillips Ormonde Fitzpatrick (POF) is a privately owned patent and trademark attorney firm with 100+ people across offices in Melbourne, Sydney, and Adelaide.
