Explore Your Interests: This short program allows you to sample different fields within engineering and manufacturing, including advanced manufacturing, clean energy transition, robotics and automation, and more. Discover what excites you before committing to a specific path. Get a Head Start: Engage in a funded part-qualification program that gives you a head start on apprenticeship units. If you choose to move on to an apprenticeship after the course, these units will seamlessly transition into your full-time apprenticeship, giving you a jump on your career journey. Hands-On Experience: Gain practical skills through a voluntary work placement with industry professionals. This real-world experience will help you understand the field and make informed decisions about your future. What You'll Gain: Early Insight: Explore various career paths and gain valuable insights into different industry sectors. Practical Skills: Benefit from hands-on training and work experience with a variety of accredited units of training. Career Guidance: Receive personalised advice and support from our team and training partners as well as on-the-job support from industry partners. Program Details: November 6 - November 22 4 days a week, 9am to 4pm Free program Eligibility: Have recently left school.
