As part of a highly collaborative team, you will work with stakeholders and support engineering contractors to achieve the right outcome for the business.Your new roleSome of the key duties in your new role will include:MOP Board Maintenance – L2 / L3CQO Office Management such as: Ordering Consumables for CQO and MIA, Building MaintenanceManage Porosity approval and claimingIdentify, engage, and manage a range of diverse internal and external stakeholdersIdentify continuous improvement initiatives to drive process, cost and productivity improvements for PDMSupport the team with SAMS WorkflowManage PDM ENG Team pageAssist with Onboarding new startersManage Distribution lists for PDM EngineeringAssist with Visitor Pass, JMP's and Supervisor appointment interviewsWILO maintenanceChampion for D2 & TempoAssist with 1SAP, Ariba & Cres requisitions / purchase ordersCoordinate PDM ENG events (team days, workshops, catering etc.)Support Engineering leadership team with administration activitiesManage team vehicles (Corefleet & Orix)Ensure work management and business system complianceMinimize reliance on individual knowledge and expertise, and reduce business continuity riskWhat you'll need to succeedTo be successful in this role, you will possess the following:Previous experience in a similar role on a coal mine siteStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with a drive to achieve innovative solutions.Strong focus on team culture and continuous improvementAble to communicate to a team effectivelyBe able to handle difficult situations and have time managementBe able to lead and drive simplicity, sustainability, accountability and integrity within a teamWhat you'll get in returnThe role is based on site in the Bowen Basin, with options of living residentially in Moranbah or Dysart, FIFO from Brisbane or DIDO from Mackay and surrounding areas.
