Nice to have: Knowledge in backend coding languages C#/.NET. Experience architecting and executing large-scale, performant systems that are critical to the business. Skilled at working to build alignment, drive decision-making, and communicate transparently. Hands-on experience with public or private cloud offerings (e.g., AWS, GAE, Azure) or interest in learning containerization (Docker, Kubernetes). Execution mindset and the ability to deliver with cross-functional teams that are globally distributed. You're not expected to have 100% of these skills.
