About the role The Technical Lead is a key role within our Betting Product Technology team. You will work closely with local and global stakeholders and be responsible for designing and delivering Software Solutions to ensure competitive advantage. In addition, you will contribute to technical direction and oversight and be responsible for developing and leading your team.
Key responsibilities include:
Leadership: Own and lead the delivery of initiatives / outcomes within cross functional delivery teams, including delivery and release planning. You will manage and develop a talented team of engineers to deliver the roadmap of $1$1whilst maintaining best practice approaches to delivering stable and quality products.Project and Operational Delivery: Manage and deliver the Strategic roadmap of projects as well as the operational aspects of the estate. You will be required to develop relationships with stakeholders and refine roadmaps for the Betting Product Technology team .Technology: Providing guidance and support to the business in determining and recommending approaches to yield both short- and long-term outcomes.About You Solid experience as a Technical Leader in a mid-large digital organisation with a demonstrated ability to lead teams.Experience in either .NET Core and .NET Framework or major Java frameworks such
as Spring Boot, Hibernate, etc.Experience in basic AWS concepts and services such as VPC, EC2, ECS, Cloud
formation, RDS, etc. and Serverless architecture e.g., LambdaExperience in design and develop highly available, scalable and reliable AWS based
systemsExperience in Microservice based architecture and event-driven architectureExperience in enterprise application developmentExperience in test automation and relevant frameworks and librariesUnderstanding of CI/CD and relevant tools and technologies such as Docker, Jenkins,
