Our client, a leader in the renewable energy sector, is seeking an Engineering Manager to oversee and drive key projects. Based in Sydney, this is a full-time, permanent role offering a competitive salary plus a car allowance.
You'll be instrumental in managing engineering operations, supporting business growth, and ensuring the successful delivery of renewable energy projects.

As Engineering Manager, your role will include:
Leading a team of engineers in designing, planning, and executing commercial renewable energy projects.Managing budgets, schedules, resources, and risks to deliver projects on time and within scope.Overseeing project phases, including design, procurement, installation, and grid connection.Developing and implementing O&M strategies and managing contracts.Liaising with stakeholders, contractors, and suppliers to ensure project success.Ensuring compliance with safety standards, regulations, and environmental requirements.Preparing proposals, technical documents, and cost estimates for clients.Providing leadership, mentoring, and guidance to engineering and support staff.What You'll Bring
We're looking for someone with:
A Bachelor's degree in Engineering (or equivalent) and 3+ years of experience, or 5+ years without a degree.Extensive knowledge of solar PV systems, O&M, and the Australian renewable energy market.Proven experience managing contractors, budgets, and project delivery.Strong communication, time management, and organisational skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and document management systems.A technical understanding of solar farm engineering (highly regarded).About You
