The Opportunity
CPP is seeking a dynamic and experienced Engineering Manager to continue to develop and lead our Engineering function in the Philippines.
The Engineering Manager Philippines will play a crucial role in growing a high-performing team in our Quanta Philippines office to support Engineering and Operational projects for CPP in Australia.
This is an outstanding opportunity for a driven aspiring or experienced Engineering Manager to work from our Manila office on secondment.
This position involves close collaboration with Australian based Engineering Managers and Engineers to ensure excellence in engineering across landmark Australian utility and renewable projects.
This role will initially commence in either Adelaide or Sydney before relocating to Manila Philippines for a secondment.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will possess:
15+ years' experience at a senior level with substation design and/or utility grid connections Significant expertise in power transmission and distribution substation design, ideally from concept to commissioning Experience with renewable grid connection projects in Australia Qualifications in electrical engineering is essential Experience in the application of ISO900/QA processes and procedures with an in-depth understanding of codes of practice and industry standards (AS 2067) Demonstrated experience in leading or mentoring engineers Willingness to relocate to Manila for a secondment Why Join Us?
