As the Engineering and Development Manager at A2B, you will provide strategic guidance and technical leadership to our engineering and development teams. Your focus will be on driving technical excellence, fostering collaboration, and ensuring the highest standards of quality across all software development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities: Technical Leadership: Establish and maintain a center of excellence for engineering, developers, and QA professionals, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.Team Development: Lead the hiring, training, mentoring, and evaluation of developers and QA professionals to foster a culture of continuous learning and collaboration.Quality Assurance Oversight: Implement and oversee QA processes to maintain high-quality standards and drive continuous improvement.Strategic and Architecture Alignment: Align engineering efforts with company strategy and future architectural goals.Budget Management: Manage the engineering team budget, resource allocation, and cost control measures.Cross-functional collaboration: Collaborate with Product, Architecture, and Executive teams to ensure engineering efforts support business objectives.Technology Innovation: Drive technological innovation by exploring new technologies and implementing best practices.Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain collaborative relationships with CPTO, Head of Products, Engineering Leads, and Executive Leadership Team. 28th June, 2024 About Us
