What You'll Do Lead engineering activities to design and improve our products, plant, and equipment. Build and nurture high-performing teams by fostering a positive, inclusive environment where individuals feel valued, supported, and empowered to grow, collaborate, and excel. Drive process optimisation and operational improvements across sites. Manage projects from concept to commissioning while ensuring budget and compliance. Oversee plant maintenance and capital works, aligning with strategic priorities. Collaborate with contractors to ensure smooth project delivery and compliance. Provide technical expertise during safety investigations and implement mitigation strategies. Develop and manage the Asset Management Plan for peak plant performance. What We're Looking For Engineering Degree (Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical preferred). Postgraduate qualifications in Engineering are a plus. 5-8+ years leading multi-disciplinary engineering teams. Strong safety focus and ability to be proactive in identifying areas for improvement. Expertise in CAPEX/OPEX budgeting and project management. Hands-on experience in product development and asset management. Proficiency with AutoCAD and Inventor. Strong understanding of WHS and legislative requirements. Understand the need and be capable of changing your work requirements and meeting deadlines.
