Proven experience managing an engineering department or team.Read and understand electrical schematics to a high levelStrong background in electrical mining equipment (predominantly coal mining)Manufacturing and/or workshop experienceExcellent problem-solving abilities, both technical and managerial.Previous experience managing budgets, tenders, and project timelines.Degree in Engineering (Electrical preferred).CPEng/RPEng and RPEQ are highly regarded.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD.Experience in PLC/SCADA development and programming.
