You'll be a key member of a team that is fast-paced, independent, ambitious and proficient across the full tech stack. We are looking for an experienced and outcome-driven Engineering Manager to lead and scale our team of full-stack and cross-functional engineers. As an Engineering Manager you will be the leader of a technical team that works collaboratively with product, and other teams to operate and evolve Kogan.com's e-commerce platform. Your responsibilities cover people management (direct reports), technical leadership and delivery of projects.

You will be able to pragmatically balance short and long term considerations as well as technical and commercial ones while strengthening our engineering culture.
You will form a part of the leadership team for your area and will be jointly accountable for the health, happiness and performance of your team. You will contribute positively to the culture of the team, build engagement and morale, be involved in recruiting, set structure and processes and generally help build and maintain a high performing team. You will use your skills and experience to guide and support our next group of technology leaders.
