Engineering Manager

The role
As an Engineering Manager, you will lead and support our growing team of engineers.
We're looking for a leader who can scale our engineering processes, maintain a high-performance culture, and nurture talent.
You'll have a strong technical background, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for driving innovation in construction tech.

About you
You have:

Excellent written and verbal communication skillsAt least 5 years in software development, and 2 years in a managerial or leadership roleStrong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologiesExperience with cloud computing, and web technologiesProven ability to lead and motivate engineering teamsStrong analytical and decision-making abilitiesThe offer Work with a product-led team with talented designers and product managers.Work from the Melbourne office at least 3 days a week.Competitive salary, up to $200k base + super.About Me
