An experienced Engineering Manager, forming part of the Supply Chain Leadership Team, you will have accountability across all of our manufacturing sites (Parkside, Mile End, and the new Salisbury South Complex currently under construction). The initial focus will be on commissioning the new site as it becomes operational in early to mid-2025.
Reporting directly to the General Manager, Supply Chain, you will lead the Engineering Team who will manage all technical aspects of our machinery and services, manage capital projects, and partner with your peers to ensure safe and efficient production processes. This role is pivotal in maintaining operational excellence and advancing strategic initiatives, including a multimillion-dollar manufacturing project. We're eager to hear from candidates with a solid engineering background, ideally in food manufacturing, with proven leadership skills.
