Delta Facilities Management delivers asset management, maintenance, and construction services. Due to unprecedented growth on our QCH Project in South Brisbane, we are looking for an experienced Engineering Manager.
Responsible for the efficient delivery of Hard Facility Management services, the role will include the requirement to develop and manage trade supervisors and the delivery of preventative and reactive maintenance services to the QCH precinct by following, improving, and monitoring company processes and procedures. This role is responsible for compliance with the Hard FM Services Contract and Schedule 6 across the QCH precinct and the management oversight of all services and performance reporting. Key to this role is the management of the interfaces between all stakeholders to ensure accurate, concise, and effective communications that empower the delivery of exceptional service.
The Position Delivering planned preventative maintenance in accordance with QCH task specifications. Manage the reactive maintenance repair of managed assets complying with response and rectification times. Monitor and maintain a system that co-ordinates access to provide engineering services to maintained assets. Ensure the maintained asset list is current and complete. Ensure the timely delivery of all statutory testing. Ensure the preservation of Indoor Air and Water Quality in accordance with the CHQ Management Plans. Ensure the Energy plant operational plan is current and enables reliable operation of the equipment within the plant using appropriately trained personnel and complying with all statutory and CHQ requirements. Ensure that all chemicals that are used in delivering engineering services are approved by QCH and used and stored in accordance with the relevant MSDS. The Person Engineering Degree Qualified in applicable stream. Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role. Flexible approach and attitude, with good communication skills. Performance Management experience. HSEQ experience. Experience using QFM or similar maintenance management system. Permit to work authority. In line with the required legislation, a valid and current National Police check (within 3 months), and other immunisations will be required as part of the standard recruitment and selection process for this position.
