About the RoleAs an Engineering Manager working within Experience Engineering, you will be responsible for building and evolving our next-generation web applications with a focus on an outstanding customer experience. You will be working in an environment with a focus on building reusable components.
This role is for someone who wants to grow their skills as an Engineering Manager that can help the team establish priorities and set strategy for the future of the product suite.

Role Location: Melbourne What will your day look like?As an Engineering Manager you will create lasting impact supporting and growing engineers within your team. You will work at a senior level across the programme, collaborating with architects, engineers, and UX. A self-organising individual, you will facilitate rapid decision making for the team, you'll be comfortable breaking down and prioritising large pieces of work and assigning said work to members of the immediate team. Overall you will be responsible for shaping how ANZ delivers on their commitment to providing great customer service through technology.
What will you bring?To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:
Strong understanding of software engineering principles.A good understanding of WCAG Accessibility 2.0, Level AA or higher.You're not expected to have 100% of these skills.
