Engineering Graduate – Victoria

The goal is simple: to provide our graduates with a broad overview of mechanical contracting, from site operations and engineering to estimating and project management, while building their working knowledge.
More specifically, the D&E Graduate Engineering Program aims to develop the skills, knowledge and competencies of our newly appointed engineers and set them up for a career in the HVAC industry.
Ideally, you will be a self-driven Mechanical Engineering graduate with a passion for design, detail, and learning.
