About Our Role
Our NT office is seeking committed and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Trainee Civil Drafters. This role offers a unique opportunity to develop valuable skills in civil design drafting while working on a diverse range of projects. As a trainee, you will be involved in hands-on drafting work, learning from experienced professionals and receiving support through formal training and mentorship. With a focus on technical excellence and project delivery, you will contribute to the successful execution of important infrastructure initiatives.
About You
We are looking for candidates who identify as Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander and who are eager to embark on a career in civil design drafting. Ideal candidates will have a passion for engineering and a keen interest in working with design software. You should have a strong desire to learn and develop your skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
