Collaborate with executive leadership to drive company vision and growth.Lead and mentor engineering teams across various disciplines. Fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.Oversee the planning, design, and execution of engineering projects. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.Manage engineering resources effectively, including staffing, budgeting, and equipment. Optimize resource utilization to enhance productivity.Identify potential risks in engineering projects and develop mitigation strategies. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and expectations. Ensure that engineering solutions align with client objectives.Work closely with other departments such as operations, procurement, and project management to ensure seamless project execution.Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for engineering teams. Analyze data to drive improvements in efficiency and effectiveness.Oversee the engineering budget, ensuring that costs are controlled and aligned with financial targets.Promote research and development initiatives to drive innovation in engineering processes and solutions.Ensure that all engineering activities comply with local, state, and federal regulations, as well as industry standards.About you15 years senior management experience, managing large scale multi-disciplinary projects in the energy, O&G and/or resources sectorsCommercially astute with a sound understanding of profitability analysis, cost control and resource managementDirect experience in EPC style projects.How can you apply?If your curiosity is piqued and you want to find out more - have an initial conversation with Sam on 0411982*** and you will be given all the information you need.
