Position Overview: As the Business Manager for the Mackay Office, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring high levels of productivity, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. You will lead a talented team, manage client relationships, and contribute to the strategic growth of the branch. This role is perfect for a dynamic leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering top-notch service.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee all branch operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in service delivery.
Foster a positive and collaborative team culture.
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of professionals to achieve performance goals and career growth.
Sales growth and Business Development; proposal and offer development.
Project management guidance and support; Project resource management.
Manage client relationships, ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and achieve financial targets.
Monitor and manage branch budgets, expenses, and financial performance.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices.
Foster a positive and collaborative team culture.
Qualifications/Experience: Proven experience in a management role, preferably within the automation or related industry.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships and deliver exceptional customer service.
Strong business acumen with the ability to develop and implement strategic plans.
Financial management experience, including budgeting and financial reporting.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Relevant tertiary qualifications are highly regarded.
