Position Overview: As the Business Manager for the Mackay Office, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring high levels of productivity, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

Project management guidance and support; Project resource management.
Manage client relationships, ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction.

Monitor and manage branch budgets, expenses, and financial performance.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.

Qualifications/Experience: Proven experience in a management role, preferably within the automation or related industry.
Strong leadership and team management skills.

Financial management experience, including budgeting and financial reporting.
