Engineering Advisory Team LeaderFWG45002Canberra, ACTSydney, NSWA well-established renewable energy consultancy with a strong track record in Australia and across the Pacific is looking to hire a Team Leader for their Engineering Advisory team. The team provide advice to clients on renewable energy project selection, economic cases, market impacts and procurement issues. As well providing team leadership, the role requires:Leading the preparation of proposals/tenders for new and existing clients.Contributing to proposals prepared by others in the company.Lead client negotiations to establish contracts.Planning assignments and briefing team members on the approach to be taken and any major risks requiring proactive management. Applying sound judgement and guiding junior staff in delivery will be critical to the success of this role.Building and maintaining relationships with clients, sub-contractors, equipment suppliers, and EPC contractors.Keeping abreast of technical, regulatory, and market changes.Their culture is defined by people who are clever, curious and caring.
