Our client, a Leader in Manufacturing, is seeking an experienced Administrator to provide assistance & support to their Engineers based in Smithfield. Reporting to the Reliability Manager, you will be responsible for performing all engineering administrative tasks to support the Engineering team to focus on key Safety, Reliability, Cost Reduction and Innovation/Improvement activities. You will also maintain compliance in an effective and efficient manner. This position plays a key role in administering and maintaining the documentation system and tools required to ensure relevant and accurate documentation is in place and that the document control system is effective, current and accessible by all relevant stakeholders across the Division. This is a temporary role initially, with the view to become permanent for the right person. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: IFS Purchase Order Requisitions Chase up Work Orders from trade supervisors Update Work Orders with trades feedback Close out Work Orders and scan/attach all relevant job forms (JSEA, HSE permits, Quality Assurance documents) and reduce Backlog Create Work Orders from Planners notes Print and assemble job packs (Work Order, JSEA, HSE permits, Quality Assurance documents) Prepare IFS Rotable Repair Forms Check contractor and supplier invoices (KRONOS vs timesheet vs invoices Contractor & Supplier Administrative Control including inductions) Record Toolbox talks Maintain the HSE Obligations Register (Tag & Test, lifting devices, pressure vessel etc.) To be considered for this role you will need to possess the following: Experience in document control systems Computer skills - Advanced knowledge and applied application of Microsoft Office functions Strong communication (verbal & written) coupled with analytical skills, a high level of initiative and the ability to work autonomously High level of attention to detail, ability to organise and analyse information and prepare reports Ability to prioritise, meet deadlines, work under pressure with sound decision making skills Drive, determination, a proactive confident approach, with high level of energy and motivation Strong commitment in taking ownership and accountability with demonstrated behaviours that contribute to growing a constructive culture and achieving results through teamwork Meticulous literacy, numeracy, filing, archiving and record keeping skills Strong interpersonal skills with strong emphasis on negotiating, motivating and influencing others Practical / hands on approach that takes ownership of delivering results Service and results orientated with strong Internal / External customer service Ability to apply and maintain the application of quality procedures and systems SAP knowledge advantageous Experience in a similar role is advantageous If you feel you meet the abovementioned criteria and are interested in applying for this role apply now!
